Javier Ballesteros was born in a humble town in Guanajuato, Mexico. His upbringing allowed him to create a strong work ethic, have an innovative problem-solver mindset, and grow a grand passion for learning. Due to those foundational characteristics, he was accepted into the University of Guanajuato, one of the top universities in Mexico. There he was able to develop a background in chemical engineering, specializing in food preservation and fertilizers that protect and enhance fruit and vegetable growth.

As a result of always striving for more opportunities and potential success, he immigrated to the United States with his wife in 1996. Beginning from zero, he and his wife prospered because of their enormous work ethic and perseverance. During this time, he as well became a devoted father to his first and last set of triplets.

He began his real estate career in 2003. Javier earned several awards with Remax Associates Realty, including "Best New Selling Agent", the "President Club Award", and the "Executive Club Award". In 2010, he proceeded to take a break from the rigorous real estate industry to explore other fields, getting certifications in Solar Panel Installation, as an Energy Auditor, and as a Sommelier. In 2017, Javier got back into the residential real estate industry, primarily focusing on modern strategies and investments. Pursuing his passion to learn, he additionally now works in the commercial real estate industry.
